Funeral Planning

Christians believe that God is with us in life, in death and in life beyond death.  One of the ways God sustains us in the experience of death and grief is when the church gathers for support, prayer and remembrance.  When death occurs you are encouraged to contact a pastor.  He or she will visit with you, offer prayer and help in the planning of services.  Our memorial services also include the leadership and guidance of the Bereavement Coordinator, who cares for many logistical details, and the Director of Music Ministries.  Our desire is to surround those in grief with Christian community, in immediate and ongoing ways, and to offer a service of worship that glorifies God and celebrates the life of your loved one.
