National Search for new Director of Music Ministries

Our national level search for the new Director of Music Ministries is progressing well. We have received interest from 65 candidates from 20 states and Canada. The Search Committee reviewed and evaluated all resumes and conducted telephone interviews with 21 candidates. During November to January we plan to visit the top 12 candidates to observe their current music programs. We hope to complete the final assessment of candidates and complete the search during the first quarter of 2007.

Our goal is to find the best candidate to lead our excellent music ministries and build the program for PUMC’s future. We are committed to maintaining quality throughout the search process.
