Global Missions at Providence

God’s world is one world. We are all God’s children and as such, must treat each other with love and compassion. That love can come in many forms; helping to feed the hungry, providing education for children, caring for the sick and providing spiritual guidance to help more of the world’s people know God’s love. |

Providence United Methodist Church is involved with missions in several areas of the world. The Global Missions Committee prayerfully determines how to use the funds entrusted to us for these missions. Informing the congregation about each mission, while encouraging participation are also the responsibility of this committee. There are many ways to help support these missions and do not require travel. Brief information about each mission and the contact person are included on the Service & Minnistries page under "Global".
