OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD, Samaritan's Purse, brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world, through the distribution of gift-filled shoe boxes and the news of God's love. Along with shoe boxes filled with age-appropriate gifts, millions of children receive Gospel booklets printed in their native language. In 2004, over 7.4 million shoe boxes were distributed to children in ninety-five countries. PUMC adults and children have participated in this project since 1994.


To Share Your Gifts

  • Fill shoe boxes, and donate $5 for shipping of each
  • Inspect and prepare shoe boxes at a collection center
  • Pray for the youngsters of the world and their care givers
  • Serve at a collection site
