Day of Service

The mission of the Celebration of Service is to share God’s love by assisting people and organizations in need in the Charlotte area. We want every member of Providence United Methodist Church to be a disciple at work! Contact Carol Shinn with questions at cshinn@providenceumc.org.

On Sunday, March 1, our congregation will serve throughout the Charlotte area. Projects are offered in a variety of skill and interest levels. There is something for everyone – even the kids! Free babysitting is offered that day for our preschoolers.

Lunch for volunteers will be provided directly after the 11:00 service and service projects will begin righ after lunch concludes.
