Meet Kate Boyd

Kate joined the Providence staff in September 2021 after moving to the area from Raleigh, where she studied marketing and nonprofit studies.

She enjoys sharing what God is doing through Providence by creating newsletters, managing the website and social media, designing print materials, and supporting ministries with their communication and creative needs. When she was very little, she told her parents her dream job was to “pick the colors and cut the paper”. Looking back, she wasn’t too far off!

Outside of work, Kate loves reading (100 books a year is always the goal!), baking, traveling, hosting, and spending time with her husband and their pets.
